We are excited to announce that we have upgraded Nelthorpe Hut with a Brand New Oven! The new commercial oven will improve catering in the hut, whether you’re cooking for a weekend camp, running an activity, or just keeping everyone fed after a busy day of Scouting!
🔌Changes to Hut Gas Supplies
With St Vincent’s Hut and Nelthorpe Hut now both being fitted with commercial ovens, both huts now support PROPANE ONLY gas supplies, for gas safety reasons. This does unfortunately mean butane gas can no longer be used on our huts, which we understand may be an inconvenience, but this change is to ensure the long term gas safety in our buildings.
