As Group Lead Volunteer at 6th Scunthorpe (Messingham) Scout Group, David provides invaluable leadership, guidance and support to fellow volunteers. His dedication extends across North Lincolnshire, particularly at Primrose Hill Campsite, where his tireless work developing and maintaining the facilities, supporting events and coordinating volunteers has made a lasting difference.
Much of Davidโs contribution takes place quietly behind the scenes, including his work on the District Trustee Board, where his experience, guidance and advice are invaluable in helping us make important decisions about the future of Scouting in North Lincolnshire. His knowledge, generosity and unwavering commitment make him thoroughly deserving of this special recognition.
David will also have the opportunity to attend the Windsor Day of Celebration and Achievement, alongside other volunteers recognised for their exceptional service.
David, congratulations on this incredibly well-deserved award. On behalf of everyone at North Lincolnshire Scouts, a heartfelt thank you for everything you have done, and continue to do, for Scouting. ๐
