All Volunteers Meeting

Join us as we look ahead to the next chapter for North Lincolnshire Scouts and explore the new Scouts strategy, Place to Belong.

We’ll take a deeper dive into its two pillars – delivering an adventurous and inclusive Programme and supporting our volunteers – and, through informal table-based discussions and activities, start exploring what these ambitions could look like locally.

We’ll also reflect on everything we’ve achieved together since the transformation of volunteering began, while recognising the challenges that came with it. Most importantly, we’ll look ahead at how we can make volunteering in North Lincolnshire even better, helping our volunteers feel confident, supported and valued.

There’ll also be updates on upcoming events, Primrose Hill, Top Awards, the 2027 census and membership fees, and our District Team.

This meeting is for all volunteers. Section Team Members, Team Leaders, Group Lead Volunteers, Trustees, District volunteers and everyone in between. No preparation or prior knowledge of the strategy is needed, just come along and be part of the conversation.
