DESCRIPTION:What to expect…\nPoacher International Jamboree have now confirmed details for Junior Poacher\, and we’re pleased to let you know that North Lincolnshire Scouts will be running coaches on Wednesday 5th August 2026.  \nImportant!\nPlease do not book individually through Poacher. The district will coordinate one block booking. If your section would like to attend\, you’ll need to complete the booking form linked below. \nJunior Poacher bookings open at the end of October and are expected to be popular\, so it’s important we share this with parent’s now and gather numbers promptly.  \nKey Information \n🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Squirrels\, Beavers and Cubs (aged 4-10)\n📍 Lincolnshire Showground\n📅 Wednesday 5th August 2026. \nDepart from North Lincolnshire: 8am\nReturn to North Lincolnshire: approximately 6.15pm \nCost covering transport and event fee: £36 per participant and £5 per leader. SUMMARY:Sailing Voyage with the Ocean Youth Trust
DESCRIPTION:What to expect…\nBy popular demand the “adventure under sail” on James Cook with Ocean Youth Trust is returning for a North Lincolnshire Scouts voyage in August 2026.\nWe will be sailing from Hull marina in the early afternoon of Wednesday 12th and sailing up the east coast to Royal Quays Marina in North Shields\, arriving mid-afternoon of Friday 14th August. \nAll personal protective equipment and wet weather gear will be provided for the duration of the voyage. A full list of suggested clothing and other essential kit will be emailed to participants in plenty of time. \nAt this time transport to Hull Marina and back from Royal Quays Marine is the responsibility of the participants and their parents.  There may be a mini bus option for the return journey but as yet this has not been negotiated. \nWho can attend\, and how much does it cost?\nAll participants need to be over 12 and under 18 years of age at the time of joining the voyage in August.\nWhilst on board all food and refreshments will be provided. Any allergies or dietary requirements should be highlighted on the booking forms sent out separately.\nThe cost of the voyage is £95 per person.  There are 12 places available. Last year\, we filled The Baths Hall with hundreds of young people for an unforgettable festive celebration. For many\, it was their very first visit to a theatre\, and the atmosphere was incredible. \nThe legendary Annie Fanny bursts back into The Baths Hall as she teams up with Robin Hood and his band of merry misfits for a laugh-out-loud panto adventure. \nJoin our heroic outlaw as he outwits the wicked Sheriff of Nottingham\, falls head over heels for Maid Marian\, and tries his very best to keep Annie Fanny out of trouble! \nExpect plenty of laughs\, audience participation and all the festive fun you’ve come to expect from Scunthorpe’s famous pantomime. \nWhen and where?\n📅 Saturday 12th December 2026 \n🕓 2:00 PM (Doors open at 1:00 PM) \n📍 The Baths Hall\, Scunthorpe (DN15 7RG) \n  \nTicket Prices 🎫\nTickets are £15 per person (children & adults) which includes \n\nAdmission to the exclusive Scouts & Guides performance\nA limited-edition event badge\n\nWhile the theatre has increased its pricing this year\, we’re pleased to still be able to offer tickets at a significantly reduced rate compared to booking independently as a group.
